Allison McCoy

Allison McCoy is a dynamic leader with over two decades of experience in event management, business development, and strategic marketing. Holding a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from Villanova University, Allison has built a distinguished career blending strategic vision, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement to drive growth and innovation.

Allison’s early roles included positions with the Olympic Games, Reebok and BMW. In 2003, Allison entered the gaming industry as Director of Industry Development for Reed Exhibitions’ Global Gaming Expo (G2E). Allison managed comprehensive conference programs, recruiting over 500 speakers, handling logistics and budgets, and achieving more than 30% program growth in four years, earning top awards.

Advancing to Vice President of Marketing/Business Development at Spectrum Gaming Group, Allison expanded client bases through strategic partnerships, and enhanced brand awareness through planning and execution of multiple industry conferences.

Since 2021, as an independent contractor, Allison has directed programs for key industry organizations, including the Indian Gaming Association, the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM), the National Council of Regulators from Gaming States (NCLGS), and has supported a number of high-profile conferences and events within the gaming industry.

Allison is known for building executive trust, launching successful initiatives, and delivering high-stakes events that boost industry connections and growth. Through her career in the gaming industry, Allison has developed a passion for responsible gaming, and is excited to work with the New Hampshire Council for Responsible Gaming to bring awareness to and share best practices with the state.
